I prepaid and arrived at 3.45pm as my original booking for 4pm was brought forward due to staffing issues. I was kept waiting in reception on arrival which subsequently meant by the time I was in the room and changed it was almost 3.55pm. The massage was fine, but finished at 4.10pm This meant I paid for a 25 min massage and only received 15 mins! This is not acceptable.

Tan hasn’t gone on too well - some areas of my legs are much darker than others. Towards end of tan the machine starting spraying a lot heavier a d she said it had been playing up all day. Annoying that they didn’t just cancel the appointment if they new the machine wasn’t working properly. Was great the last time
