The waxing experience was very bad for a couple of reasons:
1. It was very painful - the wax was very hot and the technique used was terrible - the beauty technician used big strips of wax and no hand pressure to ease the pain, just pulling off the wax). I never had such a painful experience since I started using wax, 10 years ago!
2. The position she asked me to sit in was very uncomfortable when she did the back, I asked to sit with the legs up!
3. I was left with a lot of hair after the wax.

Philip did a brilliant job!! I am always a bit worried about getting my eyebrows done and he did them so well :) I got a full face threading and he was very patient and experienced, I had a great experience. He is very talented and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Philip!

Wax was ok, but didn't remove all hair properly and more painful than usual. Could be a bit better for the price.

Really lovely place, with great staff and atmosphere!! Chloe was absolutely brilliant and really detail oriented. She took on my feedback and made sure I was happy with the end result! The colour selection is also amazing with all the trendy nail colours.
However once I left I found couple nails had patchy application (things look different in daylight). Despite following gel aftercare and hand cream & cuticle oil few times a day, quite a big piece chipped off within 24h and it’s lifting on two.

Love my spray tan! Phillip was lovely and it only took 15 mins ☺️ the tan was for a wedding but still looks great a few days on also
