Salon was freezing, girls working were really lovely but not in any rush to start the treatment. The beautician was lovely and very good at her job but I’m not sure I would go back because it didn’t feel very clean. The sterilising liquid for the tweezers etc hasn’t been replaced in so long it had evaporated into goop!!

Unfortunately I went when it was very snowy so the building was very cold. The person who did my manicure sliced two of my fingers during the treatment to the point they bled and are now scabbed.
