Unfortunately I went when it was very snowy so the building was very cold. The person who did my manicure sliced two of my fingers during the treatment to the point they bled and are now scabbed.

My favourite salon in Manchester as the staff are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, and the service is always exemplary. Staff listen to individual needs and requirements.
