My appointment was double booked and the therapist was clearly stressed, I was told I could wait for an hour for her to finish or leave but I’d already paid and waited outside for 15mins another lady came after 30 mins and did the waxing for me, it was quite painful, the pressure applied when pressing the wax was far too hard. The end result was fine though. I had the original therapist for my pedicure and she was very nice but the venue was freezing, i was offered a blanket during the pedicure
