I've had Hollywood waxes done many times before, this was my first time here. Firstly, they do not provide you with any wipes or privacy before they start with the waxing. Secondly, she put the wax ALL OVER, and ripping extremely harshly. She then opened the door to talk with someone while I was laying there spreading my cheeks with my ass towards the door. I then got up, she walks up to me and start to rip off hair (felt like some skin too) - no warning whatsoever. I could barely walk home.
