Had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment. I understand the previous client was late but if they were late with 45 mins the salon could have notified me beforehand or offered a reschedule - I had to wait around for 45 minutes plus 20 minutes treatment meaning it competely messed up my schedule for the day and I almost missed my flight. Waxing itself was ok but likely will not come back just because of this huge incovenience that was caused - how can I know it won’t happen again?!

Although my treatment once done by a different therapist. The treatment was done very well. I’m fairly new to waxing and Lili, made my feel super comfortable. She was very efficient and made sure she got rid of every single hair. I’ll definitely be booking her next time! Would recommend her !

I got several reminders of the appointment: day before, on the day and right before the time of my appointment. But when I came to the place it was closed and nobody was there, I waited in the rain for 15-20 minutes thinking that may be somebody should come, but nobody did.
And it takes me an hour to go there (one way).
