Very Disappointed with customer service. Wax for a (pre-paid) appointment got canceled on the morning of the appointment!
Was advised to rearrange which i was happy to do but then was unable to make contact to confirm the rearranged time for the appointment. Have not heard anything back since.
Very disappointing !!
