Avoid at all costs. Have had issues here before but gave benefit of the doubt. Had an appointment booked at 5pm but was kept waiting 35mins as the owner had overbooked. This has happened to me before. No apology was given, was told I could leave if I wanted. I had prepaid so this was not an option. The wax itself was fine but having to wait ruined the experience. I will not be going back.

No towel to cover myself beforehand to start, was asked about why people of my background marry their cousins? I went for wax. The wax wasn’t hot enough, dragged my hair and skin. I was in pain and mentioned to her countlessly that she was hurting me. Double dipping, picking at the wax. I then got told that I need to use hair removal cream instead. I have been waxing for 5+ years and am new to the area so I tried this place out.. had to stop halfway and leave.

I received an email on the morning of the appointment saying that it had been rescheduled to an hour later, which wouldn’t have worked for me as I had a plane to catch. I called and explained that I needed to start the appointment no later than 30 mins after the scheduled time, which happened,however the beautician didn’t event speak English very well and it was difficult to communicate. No conversation at all during the treatment. Manicure was good but there wasn’t many colors to choose from.
