- Lili is just simply the best! She's the loveliest woman and is extremely talented at waxing. She does an amazing job every time, I'm always super impressed. I love the chats we have and the atmosphere she creates, it's such a lovely experience for something that can be a bit uncomfortable!
Overall, little to no pain & i will definitely recommend her to all my friends !š¤©ā¤ļø

I had my waxing done by Lily yesterday and i am very pleased with the results and the whole experience. Lily was lovely, and very gentle - i'd highly recommend.
I gave 4 stars because that was my second attempt with this salon. on the first occasion the owner (or someone else) have cancelled the appointment night before the waxing.

Was the most painful wax I have ever experienced. I have been getting hollywood waxes for years and never been in so much pain as I did this time around. At one point I had to ask Lili to stop as she kept pinching my skin trying to get the wax off.
In short her technique was awful. The wax was not hot enough which left a mess of hair and wax which had partially softened. There was lots of wax left on my skin. Would not recommend.
