Marinela is great and I come back for her talent, attentiveness and how I leave happy from her services and my fresh haircuts! I appreciate her.
The owner is difficult, speaks in unprofessional ways and comes back on discounts she agrees on to refuse them later. No one likes to have to negotiate.
The receptionist is rude. She affects my experience at Beautiful salon, every time.
I gave 3 stars, as an average score: I'd give 5 starts to Marinela, 1 to the owner and 0 to the receptionist.
