I asked for a trim and much more was taken off than I would have liked. The front of my hair was cut shorter than the back when I wanted everything the same length, this is the second time this has happened. When I complained that it was uneven I was told I was wrong. I would not recommend if you want your hair the same length but may be an okay place for layers.
