They forgot about me and made me wait for a long time before laughingly telling me I had the wrong day - which I didn't. When I then proved my appointment, I was told that someone would come and help me. I sat there and no one was informed that I was waiting and I was waiting almost half an hour after my appointment originally started, without any apologies or anyone looking to actually give me service. As someone who has worked in a similar business in Norway, I'm shocked -would never come back.
