Lovely treatment but the time I booked in for had to change, ideally the times advertised would be available so it wouldn’t need changing. There was some work (I think) happening in another room as the first 10 minutes were rather noisy with banging which made it hard to relax.

Alice did my excrllent lash lift. Friendly, careful and welcoming as were all staff. Great customer service over phone and in person. My lashes look great and no adverse effects or mess like tint on my eyelids. Process didnt smell as strong and unpleasant as other Nottingham salons either. An attractive salon with lovely staff.
