The staff were friendly. The location was good. Found somewhere to park nearby.
The treatment room was clean and inviting. The therapist was very warm and friendly. Massage treatment was really worth waiting for.
Improvements could be made in the booking system, as I had to wait a few weeks to get a slot, and as a couples massage it was not done at the same time as there is only one therapist. Other than that it was a lovely experience.

The pregnancy massage I think was the worst massage I've ever had. I wasn't given any instruction on how/where to lay and the same spot on my back was poorly rubbed for about half an hour - one shoulder, my back and 1 top arm that I asked the masseuse NOT to rub due to it being sore from an injection but she continued to do so. Do not believe she was qualified in pregnancy massage at all, towel to cover myself was coverer in hair and the room was dingey and completely dark. Avoid completely!

My hair was done really nicely and in a timely manner, Madelin always ensured I was
comfortable, she asked me what size canerow I wanted before she began doing my hair.
She would check if there was tension or if it felt tight (not at all). Very good customer services, highly recommend.
Also made sure my scalp was moisturised before, I left.
