The end result looked good and Jai was friendly and experienced. However, I would have benefitted from having something applied to sooth the area as my eyebrows were stinging for hours afterwards

I have been crying for the last two hours, my hair is ruined! I went in for a perm and no end papers got used so my ends are frizzy and terrible and I had two different perm lotions on for a very long time and she changed rollers for smaller ones half way through so I have no curl just a chemically burnt fuzzy mess, I would like my money back so I can have it repaired somewhere else. I have had it looked at by another hairdresser and explained the process to them and they said it was amateur.
