Everybody was lovely and kind. The knotless braids came out really nicely. The hairstyle is beautiful. Melissa has fairy hands and everything was done very meticulously and carefully. It was an incredibly nice experience.

I was abit disappointed because my tracks were showing after my weave installation. I was told to put a head scarf however the tracks are still showing. I feel I was over charged for the deep conditioning which cost less than a silk press. Tbh I just felt abit disappointed

I don't recommend simply because your time is not valuable at all they book you for a certain time whilst also doing someone else's hair I arrived at 5:45pm was then told to come at 6:45pm, when in reality we started at 7:45 I left at 11pm because she was braiding someone else. I really needed to get my hair done so I had to accept this level of disrespect but was I not in a rush I would have left the moment I knew my appointment was going to be shared with with someone else. I wouldn't give a star
