I booked in for a back and shoulders wax. It was very rushed missing multiple hairs.
I was covered in red marks and small whitehead spots for several days after the wax. I attempted to send pictures and asked for recommendations regarding how best to treat them and if they are normal but received no reply.
A treatment that was supposed to make me feel good about my body and be overall a positive experience left me feeling worse and less confident than ever and they have not attempted to help
