The therapist was very nice, but also quite coarse. Even though I've been waxing my legs for years, it hurt like hell this time. Additionally, she ripped off parts of my epidermis, and I now have red weals all over my legs that won't go away for about a week (I've experienced this before, it's not the ordinary light redness that goes away within 24h). So overall, very disappointed, unfortunately.
