Was not happy with the pedicure. Called the next day to say I wasn't happy and was told that I'd be called back and another appointment will be made. Was never called back by them and do not have the time to chase them. However would like to stress that the staff was lovely, but unfortunately friendliyness doesn't compensate this. Sad to leave such a negative review because the people there were extremely nice but unfortunately I was dissapointed with this service.

The salon was running late but they did text me to let me know. My beautician was friendly and very thorough. The scrub and massage during the mani and pedi was particularly nice. My eyebrows are exactly how I wanted them. Great value for money too! Will use again.

Very happy of my first wax in England.
The wax was perfect temperature and efficient. The staff gentle and experienced.
the only negative note is about the towel on the bed: it wasn't fresh and clean.
