I've had lots of appointments here (with a variety of therapists) and they've always been awesome, but this time a different therapist took over my gel manicure when it came to painting (because the other one had to go and do a wax) and she didn't really do a great job. I'm not giving a super low score as the other therapists are lovely, and were great up to that point, but the gel top coat was the ends of my fingers and within 2 days the paint had started coming off, which it never has before. I'll go back, but will speak to them to make sure i don't get that girl again (didn't get her name at the time unfortunately!)
