Had the most perfect shellac manicure. The therapist seemed to really care that my nails looked good and I was happy with them. I have had some really very poor manicures in, supposedly, more "established" salons that were not half as good. Totally thrilled... I almost don't want to spread the love in case its harder for me to get an appointment in future ;)
