Beau was positive in her approach and not critical of my previous haircare.
She understood that I wanted a short, easy to manage style and I was pleased with the result.
No pressure was exerted regarding future appointments.

Always a great experience. My hair looks and feels amazing and she is a real genius with colour... she makes a great cup of tea also. Lovely salon, clean with calming colour scheme, interesting magazines to flick though too. I travel from Watford... its well worth the journey.

Well, there was really no experience to rate. Came to the salon ( after taking half day off) to be told that she didn’t check her appointments and is running at least half an hour late. Beau has been very dismissive and I would say rude.
I probably would have waited but her attitude really put me off.
The whole experience was just horrible. Not what you need on Friday afternoon.
