I’ve been coming here since they opened and have always had a great experience, recommending it to many friends. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. We were asked last minute to come 30 minutes later, then waited another 20 minutes on arrival. Despite booking for two, they only had space for one person, so my partner had to go home after wasting his afternoon.
The salon was unusually untidy, the service not as good, and I was still charged an extra £5
