The waxing itself was thorough and well-done, the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, there was no towel provided in the room, which felt uncomfortable and made the session feel a bit more exposed than it should be. Additionally, no soothing solution was applied afterward, leaving my skin sore and sensitive later in the day. These issues made the visit less pleasant than expected.
Due to the lack of basic amenities and proper post care i would NOT recommend
