One part of the appointment there was a struggle to remove hair we kept going over it. It was quite painful experience finally get off the layers of wax. She was very apologetic and not her fault at all. I did find that when I got home there was still a lot of hair that hadn’t been removed, so I had to go over and shave

It was quite a noisy room due people walking upstairs and so you can imagine not very relaxing. The massage was just a lot of rubbing rather than massaging. I wouldn’t go again.
