Josette gave me the perfect in-fills for my eye lashes, after I had had a bit of a nightmare with something that had happened to my full set (with a different practitioner about a week before!) She reassured me, and Jo sorted them out for me with very short notice, giving me a full voluminous-set, which looked fabulous!
