Completely rude and unhelpful. I had booked through treatwell. She had nothing on her system but it was in my diary. She said "I couldn't have booked" because she had another booking, implying that I was lying. Proof of booking attached. Treatwell may have messed up but the way she handled the situation was appalling- this was after I had been left waiting for 20mins I definitely would never recommend her based on how she handles customers There are enough beautician around - go elsewhere.

This small beauty salon in West Wimbledon has been in existence for many years. The Two young ladies currently running the salon are charming, knowledgeable and skilled. They go out of their way to accomodate your needs and have therefore developed a loyal clientel.
