Completely rude and unhelpful. I had booked through treatwell. She had nothing on her system but it was in my diary. She said "I couldn't have booked" because she had another booking, implying that I was lying. Proof of booking attached. Treatwell may have messed up but the way she handled the situation was appalling- this was after I had been left waiting for 20mins I definitely would never recommend her based on how she handles customers There are enough beautician around - go elsewhere.

Kornelija is an amazing beautician. I had the best back massage I’ve ever had. The room was relaxing and the perfect temperature. The waxing is quick, efficient and painless. She is kind and very experienced.
