Had a booking for a spray tan for the day before I went on holiday, which I’d confirmed with them over the phone. On the day they shut early, without even having the decency to let me know. I was left standing outside a closed shop with no time to schedule a replacement appointment elsewhere. When I tried to contact they rejected calls. Appalling customer service.
Kornelija is exceptional at nails. So quick, so well done & last forever ! Highly recommend

Completely rude and unhelpful. I had booked through treatwell. She had nothing on her system but it was in my diary. She said "I couldn't have booked" because she had another booking, implying that I was lying. Proof of booking attached.
Treatwell may have messed up but the way she handled the situation was appalling- this was after I had been left waiting for 20mins
I definitely would never recommend her based on how she handles customers
There are enough beautician around - go elsewhere.
