Completely rude and unhelpful. I had booked through treatwell. She had nothing on her system but it was in my diary. She said "I couldn't have booked" because she had another booking, implying that I was lying. Proof of booking attached. Treatwell may have messed up but the way she handled the situation was appalling- this was after I had been left waiting for 20mins I definitely would never recommend her based on how she handles customers There are enough beautician around - go elsewhere.

I have been to Kc now for many years for my beauty treatments and she does an amazing job every single time. I’m in love with my brow lamination I had recently! Kc isn’t local to me anymore however i always try and travel to her when I can to receive the 5 star service she never fails to deliver! Thank you so much again Kc see you again soon. Xx
