I was so looking forward to my facial last week. It was cancelled with about 1-2 hours notice and I didn't even get a telephone call (nor missed call). And I am still waiting for the refund via Treatwell. Surely it would have been courteous to have left me a message on the phone? I was on the train and en route to the appt. when I noticed I had a refund (refund message coming even before the cancellation email). I was really disappointed as Xmas is pretty stressful and a facial would have been relaxing. Boo!
