Overbooked and as a result my pedicure took 90 minutes as I had one lady start and another finish. Second time in as many months this has happened to me. The second lady was much better with technique but first lady ruined my shape

I called to have my appt rebooked since I was ill. They booked it a month after and on the day of the new appointment, they could not find my original booking and said they don’t know if I really had it or not so they I cannot have my nails done. Very disappointed of the customer service.
