Don’t get lashes! I went back twice in the same day and asked for removal and refund. They wouldn’t, applied them again and they fell off again leaving patches on the same day!

Been here a lot and today I was the last person in and I felt very ‘unwanted’ by staff saying they were just waiting for me (yet I was 15 mins early) Nail removal was more uncomfortable than usual and wasn’t taken seriously when this was expressed.
