I have been a regular customer of Battersea Nails & Beauty for over 2 years. I will not be returning after today’s visit. The manager was incredibly hostile towards me when he said I booked my treatment incorrectly on Treatwell. I am happy to be told when I am wrong but his manner of speaking to a customer was so unprofessional, I was very shocked to be spoken to like this. Later he proceeded to yell at one the other employees in the back room. It was a horrendous experience.
