I was concerned about cleanliness the whole time. The tools were not disposable. The nail file they used had old nail polish on it. The towel I had my feet on had old stains on it. The tools weren't kept in anything that would make me think it was sterile- just a plastic box. But what really did it for me, was that instead of using a tool to clean up the nail polish- the technician used their incredibly long thumbnail. I am extremely concerned about the hygiene of this salon. I will not return.
