If I could give no stars I would! Booked for my mum to have biab taken off and reapplied. Staff were very abrupt with her telling her she'd booked the wrong treatment. She's not familiar with getting her nails done and explained this, but they were very aggressive & rude, making her feel embarrassed in front of other customers. She called me to speak to them and they were hostile to me also, despite my agreeing to pay any additional cost. Nails breaking 1 week later! Never again! RUDE!
