My lash technician Hina was amazing! She did my hybrid lashes and knew exactly what I wanted. I only showed her a few pictures and videos of what I would like my lashes to look like and she instantly knew what I was talking about. She was very friendly and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back for infills :)

Started to chip quite quick and couldn’t get the person I booked for my mani and pedi.

Appears that they took on more bookings than they could handle and my treatment was late, also whilst doing my eyelashes the therapist was doing someone else’s treatment too, so she came back and fourth. However, I was satisfied with my eyelashes, a little longer than would’ve liked and didn’t seem to be as full as expected for a full set. All in all I commend the therapist for juggling so many different clients at once and ensuring we were all comfortable and getting our treatments done.
