Always good, quick service. Beautician is lovely, very friendly and chatty. Ambience and decor leaves a little to be desired but you get what you pay for and the service itself is always great.

a bit worried because I never seen so many new faces(staff) but I think these bunch of staff are much better now than before my gel nails lasted long and also my pedicure was good, always go for quality
Been very loyal to this venue for over a year now but a bit concerned it seems to be slightly going down hill - there are a lot of new staff who just don't seem to be up to the standards of the old staff. Not as polite and my nails definitely haven't lasted as long the last couple of times. Will give them a few more chances to see if the new staff can be trained more/settle in as would be a shame to stop going here but it's definitely not as good as it used to be.
