I use this nail salon frequently and was so disappointed with the service this time. Despite having booked appointments in advance it took over 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and shellac manicure. The staff took far too many people at the same time and simply couldn't deliver a good service. I would've left out of frustration if the appointment wasn't for an upcoming wedding

I think they had too many bookings so it was very busy and I had about 4 people swapping out to do my nails but the end result was good (just not very relaxing)

Very busy but worth the wait new staff but I think they are the same in terms of quality maybe much better than before
Very quick service, I booked online for 6:50 and finished work an hour early- they booked me in and had no issue with amending the appointment. The beautician was friendly and the treatment was quick and fuss free. It's not the ritz but that doesn't really matter!
