I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 3 years and unfortunately I decided to try Battersea Nails and Beauty as a place closer to home. I regret doing so.
When I arrived I was shown to a tiny room at the back of the building which had the most unstable bed that I have ever got on. I noticed that the room was also used for storage and was ultimately a walk way through to the staff kitchen. Many staff entered the room (bashing the door into my bed) whilst I had my eyes closed.
The lady who was doing my lashes barely spoke English and just nodded when I explained what I would like. This did not fill me with confidence. I noticed that the lady's personal appearance was not great either. Her eyebrows were scabby and block filled and skin was terrible. She also smelt very bad. When she was breathing above me I had to hold my breath. I would never usually comment on someones appearance but when this person does this as their profession this is quite worrying.
The lashes themselves were a cheap kind and looked very fake. My eyes were glued together and the lady had to prize the lashes apart with tweezers which was quite painful.
When the manager asked me how it was I had to be honest. I could not believe how disappointed I was. He did agree with my comments which was positive I suppose.
Would not recommend this place for Eyelash Extensions!
Nice pedicure and hand revarnish. Staff were very friendly. Pity the massage chair wasn't working for the pedicure as this is usually an added bonus. Great value for money. Would go back.

Had a Hollywood wax and gave it 4 stars. The girl doing it was very friendly and made me feel nice and relaxed. Very quick and efficient and good value for money.
