Unfortunately my pedicure was not an enjoyable experience, i was very disappointed by the service and treatment I received. The therapist claimed she had not done a pedicure before, did not do the standard foot scrub / dead skin exfoliation, she didn’t file and shape my nails until prompted by another member of staff, and eventually was asked to step down and someone else took over. However her manner was upsetting and I ended up crying in the salon, and although another member of staff shaped and then painted my nails, they did not go back and do the entire pedicure such as exfoliation. I am not happy with the service nor the way I was made to feel. It was a shame as I was hoping for a very enjoyable experience with my sister, who also received a treatment there (a gel colour change).

I arrived for my appointment and was taken to Bella's Bar down the road as they didn't have space which was odd to begin with as if I had wanted to go there I would have booked there. Having previously had a bad experience there if I had known I was going to be taken there I would have cancelled. The wax wasn't heated up so I had to wait until it was. They tried to make me change to eye brow threading instead of wax to the point where I felt really uncomfortable. My bikini wax was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Overall a pretty horrible experience.

I had a shellac pedicure treatment - variety color options and quick but thorough application. Loved the massage chair and also the foot massage by the lady that took care of me was great!
