Experience was sub-par. I talked to the beautician beforehand to ask for a natural look. Natural look was important to be since it was my first time with eyelash extensions. However I felt the end product was more dramatic than I wanted and there was no way to change them once they were done (and no way to see how lashes would look before application). Also noticed the false eyelashes started falling out 1-2 days after initial application - not sure if this is normal.

They really need to improve their organisation because every time I book with someone specific, someone else tries to do it till I insist on having the person I asked for and booked with...! Nevertheless Aman did an amazing job, she is really great at lashes. So fast; asked what look and length I was going for; and gave me the cat’s eye but more natural look that I wanted. My final lashes were perfect. Her and Kim are the best.
