The venue is conveniently located close to Clapham Junction. It was quite cramped and v.busy when I got there but it was Saturday afternoon so to be expected. I was greeted quickly and taken straight to the treatment room. It was superficially clean but could do with a deep clean, especially the bathroom.
The lady carrying out my wax was lovely and made me feel v.calm and was v.efficient, she did a great job.
Pretty good value for money too.

Very nice staff, pedicure was great and very thorough. Booked the luxury pedicure and there was so much extra added that a traditional pedicure. Well worth the money. Only slight complaint I would have is that it did state it would take 1 hour and I was in there an hour and a half. It won't stop me from coming back, but just something to keep in mind if you need to be somewhere.

It's not the best gel manicure that I have had. It's not at all accurate - I have a few bumps in the nails - some of the gel was all left on my skin and on the side of the nail - i have doubts that it will last more than a week
