Venue was really busy so had to wait around a lot, which meant my appointment felt very rushed. Bikini wax was super quick which worked out well because it hurt less, but legs and arms were so rushed I was left with hair still in my underarms. Wax residue was also not cleaned off. Overall somewhat satisfied, would just have liked more attention to detail.
