Stressful atmosphere and both my gel manicure and pedicure chipped within 5 days. Nail shape also wasn’t even when they filed my nails. They also made my friend’s cuticles bleed. Pre-booked and pre-paid and when I walked in it felt like they weren’t expecting me. Plenty of other places you could go that are the same price but more relaxing and do a better job.

Unfortunately due to how vastly busy these guys always are, the service can feel very generalised and not very personal. Overall the outcome is always good but it would be nice to have those extra touches to make your experience memorable.•almost 5 years ago
