Beautician arrived late. I’ve waited for 20min from my appointment time before she came in the salon from outside.
During the eyelash treatment I heard other beauticians who would chat with the person taking care of me. It just isn’t very comfortable as they didn’t speak in English so I could not understand and my eyes were closed, they were a bit too close to me as I could smell their breath.
Rooms are shared with other clients. There is no privacy or calm really. Price list is cheaper irl

Awful service. Too busy even though I’d booked, had to have my manicure in the pedicure chair, the person doing it was clearly inexperienced and cut my finger. The final manicure was really uneven and three days after the manicure four of the nails have chipped, one has almost peeled off. Would not recommend and won’t be going back.
