I have been three times now because of the fantastic offer through Treatwell but sadly I won’t be going again. I specifically asked for the manicurist not to cut me after being cut the first two times during the nail filing but this time it was so bad my flesh was exposed. I was going camping at a festival the following day and it was incredibly painful.
Also I heard the staff making fun of the customers behind their back and slagging them off. Not nice.
