I have been to Battersea Nails & Beauty before and only had to wait for 10 minutes after my appointment however, having to wait 30 minutes after you appointment time whilst the salon continues to take walk ins is just unacceptable. It took so long I ended having to get my manicure done in a pedicure chair with the poor nail technician had to literally stand up and bend over to do it. Absolutely ridiculous experience with about 5 people working and 5 people waiting at all times. Will not go back.
