I booked an appointment in advance but had to wait nearly 45 mins to be seen despite arriving on time and there was no communication about why or how long I had to wait. Then I had two different people do my manicure and it felt very rushed so it was not an enjoyable experience at all

My Hot Wax therapist was friendly and flexible and did her best but it was not as my previous waxes elsewhere where the wax was not that hot or the room was cooled somehow. I liked my therapist but would not subject my body to such temperatures again because I know it can be done better.
